Character Chaotic

4K Life is a non-totalistic cellular automaton which is very closely related to the much more commonly known rule Conway's Game of Life, differing by only one isotropic birth transition.

Evolution

In randomly generated patterns, the Middleweight spaceship is significantly more common than the Lightweight spaceship. The Queen bee creates Pi sequences instead of beehives.

Patterns

Still Lives

The set of still lives in this rule is a strict subset of the still lives in life. Some examples of still lives that fail in this rule include the Mango and still lives with the Claw mostif (such as the Shillelagh).
