14P2.3, 14-bit P2 #3[1] (apgcode xp2_62k0l51z032) is a small, unnamed period-2 oscillator.

One name proposed for this pattern is "wishing fox".[2]

Construction

A 8-glider synthesis of this oscillator was known no later than 2018.[3] An earlier 17-glider synthesis can be found in Mark Niemiec's database.[4]

Occurrence

Information on this oscillator's commonness with respect to other naturally-occurring patterns is currently unknown.
