User:Evin/Two stage rule

I came up with a class of 3-state rules: They can be notated as BaaaSbbbPBcccSddd, Where aaa, bbb, ccc, ddd are Hensel notation strings (e.g. 3-e67c), And they evolve according to the following rules:

• A state 0 cell:
  • Becomes a state 1 cell if it has state 2 cells in configuration x and x∈aaa
• A state 1 cell:
  • Dies if it has state 2 cells in configuration x and x∉bbb
  • Becomes a state 2 cell if it has state 2 cells in configuration x and x∈ccc
• A state 2 cell:
  • Becomes a state 1 cell if it has state 2 cells in configuration x and x∉ddd
