relatedly, I am an admin for the CelLua Machine Wiki on Miraheze; CelLua Machine is a CA descended from Cell Machine with over 1,200 cells (mostly variants), highly suggest you give it a check
tbh I probably should've made an account earlier considering that a lot of the terminology used there is derived from here and Template:LifeWiki
