Special parameters

The following parameters are optional and should only be specified if their values are known.

• l: number of generations before the pattern stabilizes (e.g. l=17332).
• f: the final population of the pattern (e.g. f=1744).
• mcps: the minimum covering polyplet size of the pattern (e.g. mcps=11).
