Inclusion in category Collisions
I don't think formation is relevant when deciding whether to include a page in category "Collisions". Even though (for example) octo3obj database does not appear to have any matches for the pair of gliders before collision (3bo$3bobo$3b2o2$3o$2bo$bo!), while the two-glider octomino (2b2o$b3o$2o$bo!) has dozens of octo3obj matches ("Found 122 lines...").
The lead says that the two-glider octomino is named so because it can be formed by colliding two gliders; it is a relevant fact here; the pattern counts as a collision. Confocal (talk) 17:35, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
