What are the numbers in the left-most column?

Given that some entries are numbered with specified frequency class, other entries are numbered with "unknown", other entries are "N/A" with "unknown" (e.g. "Boat tie pentapole" which is "N/A" between #91 and #92), and other entries are "N/A" with "[No natural occurrences]", I think it might be better to remove the leftmost column as redundant.
