Talk:List of one-glider seeds

I know that the blockic page says "Blocks can be arranged in a way that can be triggered by a single glider to produce any glider-constructible pattern," but is it known that the set of patterns (or more generally, configurations) constructible by a glider from infinity and a finite number of blocks is exactly equal to that by a finite number of gliders from infinity, or is it currently not known whether it's a superset (on account of blockic arrays not being known to be generally constructible)? And the set of seeds involving other objects is trivially known to be a superset, if one of them contains an undisturbed unconstructible component, should this be mentioned or is it trivial?
