Beehive on griddle is a period-2 oscillator consisting of a beehive and a griddle.
Occurence
Beehive on griddle is about the forty-second most common naturally-occurring oscillator in Achim Flammenkamp's census, being about as frequent as caterer.[1] It is the 44th most common oscillator on Adam P. Goucher's Catagolue. There are about 5 1/2 block on griddles for every beehive on griddle.
Glider synthesis
