As of August 12, 2020, I think this is still the full list of all of the objects for which 1G seeds have ever been constructed:
- star, eater2 variant, and almost p256 oscillator from Golly's Patterns/Life/Syntheses/blockic-and-blockish-seeds.rle, from way back

An example would be the seed constellation in the original adjustable volatility-1 oscillator from November 2018. There might also be a random "meteor shower" seed somewhere or other, maybe for cleaning up a Silver reflector. (?)
