:Well, I wanted to make a page on it since I found it in Golly as a "named rule", of which the program lists only 14 outer-totalistic rules. I thought it is more researched. However, as you pointed out, it really seems to be completely missed by basically everyone, likely because it's extremely similar to Life without death (just more explosive), which on its own isn't super interesting... Although, the Plow World's linear spacefiller doesn't seem to work in LWD.

Plow world

The rule seems not enough to have its own page. Maybe it should be shown in the OCA:Life without death page?

By the way, does anyone know how it get the name? Pifricted (talk) 11:40, 24 July 2026 (UTC)

I haven't found some useful info except

"An explosive rule, some of the patterns can turn into wickstretchers."

So here is something I found, hope it can help you. [1]Pifricted (talk) 12:16, 24 July 2026 (UTC)
