Riley's p19 is a period-19 oscillator found by Mitchell Riley on July 14, 2023 using CatForce, and is the first period-19 oscillator to be discovered.

On the day of its discovery, iNoMed discovered a pair of successive stator reductions over the original form (first to 96 cells, then to 94), which was subsequently reduced by May13 to a 92-cell form. Each reduction was made by replacing its stators with smaller components.
