Code: Select all
#include <iostream>
int main() {
std::cout << "Hello, world" << std::endl;
return 0;
}
Code: Select all
#include <iostream>
int main() {
std::cout << "Hello, world" << std::endl;
return 0;
}
That’s code in C++.g0t0 wrote: October 13th, 2026, 2:22 am"Show Pattern Error"?Code: Select all

The forum checks each code block to see if it contains a pattern that can be displayed. If the code block starts with # it assumes it must be RLE for a pattern and in this case it isn't so it adds the error link. To avoid this just start your code with something else:
Code: Select all
// my hello world program
#include <iostream>
int main() {
std::cout << "Hello, world" << std::endl;
return 0;
}
I still use code tags regularly for patterns. It would also break everything before maybe 2022 or so (not sure of the exact year), since the pattern tag is fairly recent.
