Many large still lifes take on some of the general properties of this one, so its not too unique. However, it doesn't seem like this particular still life has appeared on Catagolue, the main database for objects that have appeared in cellular automata.

edit; i found this by accident not by normal but by doing random patterns in my horrible recreation of cgol that barely works and is basically being held up by duct tape
