StaticLifeGrey conduit chain

This is a conduit chain game similar to previous ones like Continue the Infinite Conduit, but using the rule StaticLifeGrey. I chose that rule because it allows for conduit tech from regular Life, Symbiosis, LifeHistory (with state 6), and StateInvestigator without being too overwhelming.
Rules:

• Only recognized conduit regions are allowed. (HWSS, R-turner, and e9jp are fine too)
• The output of the previous conduit should be the input of the current one.
• Do not output the same region three times in a row.
