This thread is to allow me to share minor discoveries, as well as progress on longer-term projects, without clogging up other threads.

Currently, I am working on a Thessalonic Demonoid 2, which will be fully Thessalonic - no pesky Snarks at all.
This means that I need:
  • Self-destruct circuitry for each edgeshooter + reflector unit, instead of slow-salvo destruction using Snarks
  • 'Countdown circuitry', to control when a unit should be destroyed.
  • A single-channel recipe that uses a mixture of 0-degree and 90-degree recipes.
I have created a much simpler edgeshooter unit, with way too many blocks as self-destruct circuitry, which has a 3G destruction:

It still uses far too many blocks, but the clearance for the construction arm is adjustable, so the bottom two reflectors can be built with a 90 degree elbow and the top reflector with a 0 degree elbow.

I should have the spaceship finished by the end of November, if not later today.
