Rules:
1. Anyone can suggest a transition in a 24-hour period.
2. Then, players can vote for the transition (by pressing the Like button), taking up another 24-hour period.
3. Most liked transition would be added to the ruletable.
The suggester of a least liked transition would be eliminated.
4. When there is no transition after the 24-hour period of time ended, then a new game will occur and the previous game's ruletable would be added to the first post. All players would be also uneliminated.
Ruletable format: 4-state Moore MAP. (players can change this format, 1 time per game.)
Current round: 1.1 (RESTART)

This is a 4-state rule. You'll need to be more specific.

I don't understand the 24 hour period here: is it per player or per everyone?

Bump, and voting to change the format to rotate4reflect since none ruletables end up being extremely long.
