This is a Non-totalistic rule founded by me.
I can easily make a mess in this rule.
A diamond in it will be a traffic light.
FWSS, LWSS, MWSS and HWSS are works normally.
Eater1 becames boat.

Everyone here can "easily make a mess" in any CA. That doesn't add anything to the notability.
Similarly to
an earlier thread you made, this thread is completely unnecessary, since apparently there was no serious attempt to determine whether this particular CA is noteworthy enough to deserve a thread.
