conduit reduction with SI

You can reduce catalysts using state investigator's cells.
Here's an example with Tanner's p46

Why would you need a different thread for this? You should post these in Extended Life Extensions instead.

This is the thread for the Extend The Conduit game but you can use SI stuff. I'll start:
