Hey everyone,

I'm a student diving into Conway's Game of Life for a report and presentation. I'm on the hunt for some studies—nothing super fancy or recent, just something I can sink my teeth into without getting overwhelmed. Whether it's qualitative or quantitative data, anything that sheds light on this topic would be awesome.

My presentation need to approach the bases of the concept and to present some serious data about it.

I don’t know if it counts as an official “study” per se, but Catagolue has a crapload of data on CGoL and plenty of other cellular automata rules.

You might be inspired also by Nathaniel Johnston and Dave Greene’s book.
