Is automatic logout now much faster?

Post by pcallahan »

I have noticed that I have to login to this website again almost every day. I am pretty sure it used to keep me logged in for a long time, usually long enough to forget my password and have to request a new one. Did something change in the configuration or is it something on my side?

In my experience, it's something like 20 minutes of inactivity you get logged out. Maybe there is something in your browser that is keeping you logged in that broke recently? I was never able to stay logged in continuously without being actively active.

This would be the reason I'm very active, but this rarely happens on me. Weirdly, my account seems automatically log out while I'm being active.

If you turn on "remember me", I think that it keeps you logged in.

Code: Select all

#C I am inactive currently.
x = 5, y = 3, rule = B3/S23

Code: Select all

x = 5, y = 4, rule = B35/S234i8

I used to be logged out every week or so, but it hasn't happened in a while, and I'm now continuously logged in.

That's what I expect, but it has been a lot shorter lately. For some reason I'm still logged in now, so I can't figure it out.
