Apgsearch not submitting hauls properly

Yesterday I used apgsearch to search for patterns in an outer-totalistic rule [B3/S127]. When the haul was finished I checked my catagolue page but nothing (besides my Game of Life hauls) came up.
I used the LifeWiki tutorial to install apgsearch (so I installed Cygwin) and followed the instructions to change rules. How come apgsearch can't submit the haul properly?

"Tutorials/Contributing_to_Catagolue" in the LifeWiki:
Your Catagolue user page tracks your contributions for only B3/S23/C1
Click "here" link below "Recent hauls" instead and change rule to b3s127.
