(So here we pretend some rule was just discovered and look for patterns from tiny scribbles at first like Conway did in his time. Later we may turn into engineering and all it but first be small, please for the sake of realisticness.)

So on viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5966 I said I got Lifeviewer to simulate other rules, let me start:

Hello! Since I update RLE to v.3.1.0, it can simulate other rules, so I add "6" to the cell birth, so it makes "B36/S23".
Let's hope it gains at least some activity in this world where mostly everyone only ever heard of B3/S23.
I put two repeater together:

I made an upgraded RLE that uses a new system using letters
For example: B34-e/S12-cn

An example of the changes it does: causing this Pi to evolve into a thing making 2 puffs.

Your notation is too hard to read and type, so I think we should stick to Hensel notation.

RLE updated to v. 1.4.00p000
I updated RLE to v. 1.4.00p000, we have new type of rules;
It is...odder life!
We notate them like this:
23/3/1
The 23 means S23
The 3 means B3
The 1 means well...
If a cell die, it turns state 1 to state 0, right?
No in this case, it turns to state 1+1(2)
And state 2+1(3), state 3+1(4), state 4+1(5), etc...
When it reach state (the third number-1), it dies into state 0.
Now put it all together, 23/3/1 is...B3/S23!

(in veryclose) There are no movers, because no B1 means that patterns don't escape their bounding box and no B2 means that patterns don't escape their bounding diamond.

(in normal neighborhood) Adding B2a makes all discovered movers in rules with B1e explode.
