Moving sawtooth/stretcher/sub-linear growth

I was thinking of making this surprisingly simple way of creating a sawtooth, a stretcher and a sub-linear growth rate pattern within itself all in one pattern. Here is the idea:
1. A 2c/3 blinker fuse travels through a line of blinkers until it hits a blinker puffer. The debris is converted by many xWSS fleets into a backwards moving LWSS.
2. The LWSS travels to the back of the pattern having c/3 fleets and gets converted to 1 forward moving LWSS and a c/2 fleet.
3. The forward LWSS will form an LWSS chain (our sub-linear growth)
4. The c/2 fleet will go forward until they hit the blinkers from the blinker puffer and ignite the 2c/3 fuse that starts the cycle over.
This shouldn't be hard to implement. The only problem seems to be to find a c/2 fleet that can ignite the fuse, and that too at the right phase. And it has to be small, otherwise it would be difficult to construct with the c/3 fleet. This is a promising start:
The extra glider can probably be useful somewhere.
