Unlimited mess patterns

Most messy puffers stabilize fairly quickly.
However, linepuffer (https://conwaylife.com/wiki/Line_puffer) seems to take exponentially long with it's width. Too bad it can't expand as it goes.
In order to have an aperiodic pattern you need a growing feedback loop.
qqd found this pattern that is a deceptively simple case of two LWSS streams bashing debris:
The two LHWSS streams pile on more debris as they go along. However, the upper stream builds more slowly and both streams shoot gliders upward. This makes it possible to shoot gliders way ahead of the upper stream which closes a the feedback loop. What ultimately dooms it is a LWSS eater that stops the upper stream, after 54 million generations, see viewtopic.php?f=2&t=576&start=2575#p151424.
But IlTifoneHaiyan (original post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=576&start=2600#p152180) found this pattern that generates a growing feedback loop with crashing glider streams:
The streams move upward and leave a vertical spine of debris, which occasionally sets up a loop where gliders ping-pong between the glider stream and a stump growing on the spine. Presumably the number of ping-pongs is limited (each one consumes gliders from the stream) and the pattern will become periodic.
Can we build a truly "unlimited mess pattern"? There are non-periodic guns (such as primer: https://conwaylife.com/wiki/Primer) but can we use untamed random mess to generate unlimited novelty rather than a tightly controlled process?
