Ability to set a default LifeViewer theme

[muzik]

I've been wondering for a while if it would be possible to define LifeViewer themes (and possibly other non-theme settings) per-user on the forums, such that LifeViewer would default to that theme when a viewer popup is opened when said user is logged in. These could be configured like other personal preferences can.
