here is a thread to post any CA related story.
The CA time traveler
a claimed time traveler post a 4c/9 on Internet, then post a 3c/8 the next day. Scientific community take a sceptical attitude towards the 'time travel' claim. “It is 100% achievable with current technology” said mathematician David Grenn，“must be someone finished the computing work in advance and post findings in a sensational way."
As a response, the traveler leak a 16x16 ramdom soup, which produced a true p19 in rule B3/S23.
the world went craze, swarmed to the comment area begging for advanced future tech, and future information.
and the time traveler said, "sry, I cannot leak any advance tech or any information in the future. But I can show you the great patterns I have."
"why the leaking CA patterns only? couldn't them be regarded as some information?"- a reporter ask.
"no, they are absolutly useless, even in the future. so, it is safe for you to know"
I got a better Ending:
(last paragraph) the time traveler signature at end with: "Have a good day!"
