Could we please have a forum tag that links to Catagolue object pages, similar to how we have the "wiki" tag? i.e. this:
would become this: xp15_4r4z4r4

Ah sorry about that -- it's admittedly a bit of a luck of the draw regarding what I happen to notice when I have my bursts of activity.

I've added your suggested functionality for linking to other rules. Test: xp0_example

Unfortunately this is much more complicated. The custom BBcode creator can't (easily) do anything as complex as actually parsing the information passed to a tag and analyzing that content to determine if it is an apgcode or a pattern name. It has to act somewhat uniformly -- in this case, simply linking to a URL that has a piece of it substituted in from the tag.

Awesome! Only issue is by default it leads to the "no rule specified" page; is there an option to default the rule parameter to b3s23?

Done! It now defaults to b3s23 if no rule is specified.

Would it be possible to extend the function of the tag (or add a new one) so it can link to rules as well?

Per this commit, the "main" Catagolue URL is being changed to hatsya.com to make it more accessible for users in mainland China, so it would be nice if the [catagolue] tag could be updated to account for this.
