Defamiliarization

Defamiliarize a word, then the next person tries to guess it, and if they get it right, they’re the next one to defamiliarize a word.
Example:
NotARealUser55: Protected premature replications of creatures
Imnotreal: Are those cells?
NotARealUser55: No
+guywhodoesnotexist+: Eggs.
NotARealUser55: Yes
+guywhodoesnotexist+: Ok. Self-replicating oxygen and food sources.
I’ll start with an easy one:
Woven cloth for warmth and appearance.

That's a good one. Is the answer "plates"?

Sorry, PkmnQ, but you have to make one up again
And I'll just drop "glass or ceramic piece with thin wire inside" in passing

That sounds like "candle", but I think that might be a trick.

It is a candle.
My mind was dissolved in absolutely confused juice at the time.
