Obviously it runs a CA rule on GPS signals to jam them.
Either that, or it's a spambot.
Any sufficiently advanced software is indistinguishable from malice.

Yeah, I noticed the other one first. Forgot to check the number of posts. To keep my moderator job somewhat relatively sane, I don't get notifications for new posts on the Other Cellular Automata board. So I didn't see this one right away.

-- Not to worry. Once the name and IP address is on the banned list, the potential for future damage is pretty well contained. The message seems to get across that these forums are actively patrolled. At least, I haven't seen many instances of what looks like the same spammer trying to promote the same links via multiple accounts and IP addresses.
