Minor bug: Eyedropper active after switching to pan mode

Minor bug: Eyedropper active after switching to pan mode

When pressing f3 or when pressing the eyedropper button in edit mode, you are prompted to click on a cell. If you first switch to pan mode, this state persists, allowing you to select a color while in pan mode. I assume this is a bug, since clicking on the draw mode button (but not pressing f3) ends the eyedropper state without selecting a color.
