A rule that comes with five swastikas:
Code: Select all
x = 33, y = 5, rule = B3jnr4i/S1e2e4ey5r
ob3o2bob3o2bob3o4b2o5b2o$obo4bobo4bo6bobo4bobo$5o2b2ob2o2bo3bo2b5o2b2o
b2o$2bobo4bobo6bo4bobo4bobo$3obo2b3obo2b3obo3b2o5b2o!
Edit: This is an example of my ridiculous immaturity back in 2017. Only keeping this here as an example of what you should not do.

Quality over quantity. Swastikas even exist in life. [sarcasm]Scary, isn't it?[/sarcasm]
Code: Select all
x = 5, y = 5, rule = B3/S23
ob3o$obo$5o$2bobo$3obo!
Also that 3rd one isn't a swastika
Actually, now that I think about it, my scariest discovery was this thread.

But, in B2k3-j4ei/S23-r4y5r (which is literally called "Swastika"), the swastika is a
P4 oscillator:
Code: Select all
x = 5, y = 5, rule = B2k3-j4ei/S23-r4y5r
ob3o$obo$5o$2bobo$3obo!

What's the definition of a valid swastika oscillator anyway

A swastika oscillator is any oscillator with the shape ob3o$obo$5o$2bobo$3obo! which becomes 3obo$2bobo$5o$obo$ob3o! in half a period.

What's so bad about swastikas? Hitler stole the symbol from the Hindus, where the swastika is a important symbol.

Agree.
In the Chinese elementary school textbook there's a story titled 我们一起消灭法西斯 (Let's destroy Nazi together) about the swastika.

Exactly. Why is everyone getting so worked up about swastikas in this thread?

A small galaxy p8:
