Glider syntheses

I'll preface this post with a (clearly sub-optimal) 76-glider synthesis of Beluchenko's recently discovered p37 oscillator.

I'm sure somebody has already created a synthesis for this object, but I have not seen it. On that note, I was wondering if anyone kept a more up-to-date glider synthesis database than Mark Niemiec's or the one in Jason Summers pattern collections. I also ran into trouble placing the parallel blocks simultaneously in the last step of the oscillator's synthesis and was wondering if anybody knew of some processes to place parallel objects simultaneously with only two-sided syntheses.

Yes, I've already synthesised it (88 gliders).

I knew that somebody must have done it (the synthesis is rather trivial). I suppose the main purpose of my post was to ask these two questions:
1. Who keeps an up-to-date catalogue of glider syntheses?
2. Does anyone have a database of glider synthesis techniques (like fitting still lifes into tight places or placing parallel objects simultaneously)?

My database of collisions is at well over 3000. I've also got hundreds more that need to be properly added to the database, mostly found as I enumerate through the Glider collisions with 17 bit stable objects. Unfortunately, the database uses FileMaker, which limits its portability. A lot of these constructions are just variations on the same theme, where a small portion of an object gets converted to something else. So I've also tried to classify these constructions, and present a catalog of them. It's a work in progress, but I've not had any progress in years. It should get you started.

http://pentadecathlon.com/constructions ... onents.php

Missing are collisions that don't result in objects (like collisions to remove/delete objects), or those that produce useful sparks. Again, part of the problem is in deciding how best to present what is dynamic in a static form that makes sense.

Your collision database seems to be very useful in the construction of large (and often unusual) still lifes when constructing glider syntheses, but I do not think it has much on constructing small constellations of simple still lifes. As for my first question, I was wondering if anyone had an up-to-date catalogue of glider syntheses of large patterns (such as many of the recently-discovered high-period oscillators).
