Spectrum Rule. 124/1/32

OK, I've been working for a while with this and it turns out that it analyses any pattern for Life that you introduce in it. For flat sides, it produces a sort of Sierpinsky's triangle (google it up for more info about it) and for really complex sides it creates a very complex pattern.
I call this the "spectrum" because in this mashed still trail it leaves behind, there are some generations oscillators that turn yellow, like little stars inside the red mess. You can identify lines and clusters of these and they are arranged depending on what the initial pattern was. For example, for the 3x1 pattern, 4 Sierpinsky triangles are formed, facing up, down, left and right.
For this other pattern... :
Here the result is different. The flat edge at the bottom still creates a Sierpinsky triangle that will develop forever if you give it enough time. However, for example in generation 413, many bright dots are aligned as two lines like if it was the graph for y=|x|, each one of these points separated by 32 cells diagonally.
The patterns created by the oscillators, as well as the few ordered red sequences (such as small triangles) in the "chaos" that is not a Sierpinsky triangle can identify certain characteristics of the input (Generation 0), which is the reason I gave it this name.
EDIT: I'll attach tomorrow a photo with labels.

Code: Select all
x = 3, y = 2, rule = 124/1/32
.A$3A!
