It reads as meaningless gibberish that does not define what would count as equivalent (it just leads to more questions instead of answering any old question), and that fails to explain the meaning of the forum post viewtopic.php?p=209811#p209811 or any other forum posts.

it does; the idea is that you take each transition from one neighborhood and match it to a corresponding transition in the other

the page "Higher-range isotropic non-totalistic rule" uses this

You can't rotate a hyperbolic neighborhood and have it be different.

What do you mean by "take each transition from one neighbourhood", "corresponding transition", or "match"?

What transitions and neighbourhoods have to do with each other, exactly (apart from both concepts being mentioned on the same page in Lifeline)?

The phrase "I did mean INT after all" doesn't explain much, either. At best, it claims or suggests some sort of relevance; it suggests that the abbreviation "INT" is somehow relevant to the issue at hand, without in any way clarifying how.

I think nobody other than yourself will be able to know what you did mean, until and unless you explain that yourself, clearly and unambiguously, in a human-readable (i.e. friendly to readers of your posts) way.
