One would think, but I think our country is too dumb as a militia to counter a trained army, so resistance is futile more likely. If our army has failed to protect us and we are now being conquered, the people probably couldn't be able to do anything about it. To HelicopterCat3 and everyone else in this thread besides BokaBB, I advise you to not bother trying to explain to BokaBB why he would actually not succeed. BokaBB is clearly being unrealistic (i.e. godmodding) and will not acknowledge the validity of your points. By all means, I believe that he could not have conquered the United States, especially not so quickly, in real life, but as my posts will do nothing to change BokaBB's mindset and will only result in an unrealistic/godmodding denial of the points that I raised (and probably BokaBB's supposed army supposedly finding and executing me), I will no longer bother posting in this thread after this post, and I encourage everyone else who believes that BokaBB is being unrealistic/godmodding and/or favors the United States to do the same.

We would have messed them up. Either we lose awfully, or win brutally. That's kinda how the US has been in combat.
If they failed, we might've even gone far enough to take it to their country for trying to conquer us.
