Floor 1 (since nobody has actually done it) is the reception. It is staffed by spiders in inflatable anime girl mechs that mostly redirect people who confuse Conway's Game of Life with the board game.
Floor 10i contains your ideal (as determined by an onmiscient group of Alien Space Bats) boyfriend/girlfriend, unless you are already in a relationship or married (unless that relationship/marriage is toxic or abusive) in which case the ASBs just place you with your existing partner. The floor is empty, the ASBs just magically influence the time you visit to line up with when your ideal partner does.
