A pattern that makes 2 LWSSes. I was just messing around with the g+mango, added a dot spark, realised it made a glider, added a mold to try to support it, and out came a LWSS. I tried to clean it up, and out spat another one.
I guess the only thing really notable is this corrolary dirty lwss seed:
Code: Select all
x = 8, y = 19, rule = B3/S23

I found this reaction by accident:
Code: Select all
x = 9, y = 10, rule = B3/S23
2bo$b2o$2o$o3$6b2o$5bo2bo$5bobo$6bo!
A loaf is flipped when hit by a LoM, but instead of the usual block corner interaction, the loaf flips because of an eater-type interaction and the dot at just the right timings. It can't be flipped back using the catalyst from eater 3. However, it is possible to flip it back before it recovers:
Code: Select all
x = 7, y = 7, rule = B3/S23
b3o$ob2o$bo$4b2o$3bob2o$3bo$4bo!
Is this known, and has anything been made out of this?

I found this while experimenting with a pentadecathlon itself: two buns can make a pentadecathlon.
Code: Select all
x = 4, y = 10, rule = B3/S23

Here is the history of my experiment:
I was playing around with a pentadecathlon when I thought combining the sparks of this phase will be interesting.

Here are the pentadecathlons joined together and the outcome:
