- fixed Identify not detecting Mod for [R]History oscillators
- fixed showing AliveRamp in Help when AGESTATES is zero
- fixed displaying both greyed out Identify results Page Up and Page Down buttons
- fixed HROT/LtL multi-state patterns not being cleared when they hit the grid boundary

Enhancements in this build:
- added Settings>Advanced>Refresh Rate button which allows you to override the monitor refresh rate detection
- specify a refresh rate from 25Hz to 500Hz or Auto (the default)
- the setting will be saved for the current browser on the current device
