How to destroy your neighborhood and make it inhospitable:

Add together some 1‐diazidocarbamoyl‐5‐azidotetrazole, add some nitroglycerin, some white phosphorus and fluorine, and some dioxygen difluoride in a pressurized can. Then, shake vigorously until the gases and liquids have mixed. Add a lot of thallium powder. Finally, fill with oxygen.

(Please, to be serious, never do this. This warning is probably unnecessary because I’m not sure where you’d get the foof or the fluorine or the white phosphorous or the thallium or the 1-Diazidocarbamoyl-5-azidotetrazole but still.)

Oh and by the way,
1-Diazidocarbamoyl-5-azidotetrazole’s NFPA 704 diamond thing hasn’t a flammability or a health number, probably because nobody is crazy enough to find out.

Even if someone could obtain all those dangerous chemicals, that still wouldn't work because the 1d5a would explode as soon as you even tried to put it in the can. It doesn't have flammability or toxicity ratings because it can't even exist long enough for those to be tested - and it isn't really "flammable" or "toxic" in so much as it is something which simply explodes at the slightest stimulus.

If you excluded 1d5a and just used the other substances... yeah, that'd be a pretty toxic mixture. I'm not sure what chemical reactions would occur, though.

I know.
I do not know exactly what would happen (of course), but as we both know, it would probably be pretty destructive.
It would at least destroy the misguided experimenter's house, and the thallium (and anything else left over) would probably kill a lot of other people.
Actually, since FOOF is not the slightest [anything], it's pretty easy to say that FOOF combined with 1d5a would instantaneously explode and kill the misguided/mad scientist-- probably why A for Awesome put that in a post above.
