My favourite character is fond of reading news and books. In his/her early life, he/she worked as a librarian and met several important figures there, who later united with him/her and developed a novel set of ideology. At that time, the country was constantly faced with mountains of dangers and conflicts, including leader's retrograde actions and other countries' invasion. With the powerful ideology, his/her team examined and solved the problems in the society, and defeated (and even educated) a lot of enemies. Eventually he/she was elected as a ruler. His/her great deeds and spirits with the icon of a star have encouraged many people. Today we can learn about him from, among many of his/her reports, a journal.
Can you guess who he/she is? The most important part is the "librarian" and "journal".

Well, it’s much harder to identify any rule, even if you have an entire video.
Yeah, I don't know if it's even possible, but I figured if anybody could figure it out, or knows of a similar rule set, it would be here.

And here are some possibly useful suggests:
1.It might be a higher-ranged outer-totalistic(HROT, or Larger Than Life), with frequent high-period oscillators acting as “neutral cells” which looks like(and sometimes, can) that they’re transfering signals.
2.If all the cells are connected together, it might be a non-totalistic rules growing out “branches” which are called wickstrechers.

Heh false claim. This is not HROT or anything that could be run by golly. It should be something that might be simulated by a ready like software and people in the emergance server or artificial life server might know who had did it.
