What's this linear rep's rule?
Code:
Select all
x = 1, y = 9, rule = B12an3ai8/S0348|B2n3a568/S016:T0,10
o2$o2$o2$o2$o!
And what's this rep shuttle's period?
Code:
Select all
x = 5, y = 58, rule = B2-a3/S23|B2/S0

It can be done in an INT rule:
Code: Select all
x = 1, y = 9, rule = B12an3ai6i8/S0348:T0,10
o2$o2$o2$o2$o!

I think it would have to be a 2-state rule, since simulated on cells appear to be in one of two states.
EDIT: see generation 8:
Code:
Select all
x = 9, y = 10, rule = B/S012345678Super:T0,10
J3.K3.J$I3.L3.I$J3.K3.J$I3.L3.I$J3.K3.J$I3.L3.I$J3.K3.J$I3.L3.I$J3.K3.
J$I3.L3.I!
cells in one state have been labeled in cyan~blue, the other in green~turquoise.

You can go to
Catagolue's object identifier, paste your RLE, and press 'identify' to pop up
the Catagolue page on that object, which will tell you what rules it works in. In this case, the rule with the least transitions that supports this spaceship is B3-cq6ce7c/S2ace3-eky, which is not explosive.

In every self-complementary 2-state isotropic rules, any pattern in a square torus that's the inverse of itself (albeit rotated or flipped) would always have the same population.
Code: Select all
x = 64, y = 64, rule = B3568/S14678:T64,64

What is the ruleloader ruletable for
https://josephpetitti.com/ant?r=////AAA ... =BkBkAE&p=?
How long does the CLCCR ant take to fill a 100x100 torus?
https://josephpetitti.com/ant?r=////AAA ... =BkBkAE&p=
AFAIK it takes ≈340000 gens, but i need more data

I was going to say B2ikn3-ai45678/S0123456789, but that would be bounded, wouldn't it?
Anyway, here is a non-explosive rule with a lot of transitions. I have no idea whether or not it has the most, though.
Code:
Select all
x=0, y=0, rule=B3ai4cz5678/S234c56
!

As far as I can tell, you can't. This turmite has 62 states, and ruletable rule would need five times as many (310 for Empty and N,S,E,W ants of each color), but ruletables only support 256 states.

Generally bounds itself, but there is a spaceship, so it isn't bounded:
Code:
Select all
x = 3, y = 3, rule = B2-a3-ei45678/S01c2-ce3-n45678
obo$bo$bo!
Missing just 9 conditions: B1ce2a3ei/S1e2ce3n.

Discovering a similar-to-CGoL spaceship

I was experimenting in golly with Highlife running when suddenly.
I accidentally created the replicator-blinkerspaceship or (RBS) for short, It was period 12 and moving diagonally so i tested it before i screenshoted it then later.
I registered then i'd login to post this review.
It looks like the newly generated replicator gets destroyed by the old blinker then it creates another blinker where the newly generated replicator (destroyed) is supposed to be and it keeps going over and over again
