Enhancements in this build:
- PCA rules now support Randomize
- PCA population now takes into account the 4 parts per cell
- updated Help information for PCA rules
This is an (unfortunate?) side-effect of the recent fix for slow-down on iOS. The fix was because for some reason when a Viewer has focus on iOS the update events only get delivered to LifeViewer 15 times a second (rather than 60) resulting in slowdown.dvgrn wrote: October 16th, 2019, 10:56 am Now suddenly when I click and open the popup window, then hit [Enter] immediately without moving the mouse, the animation starts in the original embedded viewer instead of in the pop-up.
I think this would prove to be confusing. You have a choice: use an embedded one, or use a thumbnail embedded one to launch the PopUpdvgrn wrote: October 16th, 2019, 10:56 am This kind of makes me want some way to choose where I want to run the pattern. If things are adequately visible in the embedded viewer, why bother to open the popup at all? But very often the popup is good to have for the pan and zoom and other controls, of course. The way it works now is really pretty good, except that if I close the popup I can't get the pattern running in the embedded viewer any more (without re-opening the popup).
Alt+N is the hotkey for New Pattern that was introduced in Build 401.dvgrn wrote: October 16th, 2019, 10:56 am While I'm at it, I'll mention another oddity for which I haven't tracked down the source: click to open the popup, keep the mouse over the embedded viewer, and type Alt+N. A mysterious popup appears --

Just fixed. That must have been broken for a while so it shows how often people are using Internet Explorer.dvgrn wrote: October 22nd, 2019, 10:24 pm Just noticed by accident that Build 441 doesn't seem to be playing well with Internet Explorer -- or maybe the other way around. (?)
