Hawaiian doesn't even have /s/, so you shouldn't be that surprised.

I used to learn it a bit and it has /a/.
Please give me a language without /a/ as fast as possible.
I have an idea for a new interesting board game!
Have a good day!

of course there is, there's a lot of languages and no phoneme is in all of them-- in fact, (many dialects of) english doesn't use /a/ except in the diphthong /aɪ/ not to mention many of my conlangs have no /a/

Still, that still counts as having /a/.
I have seen some claims that Proto-Indo-European had no /a/. Can you check that, please?
Have a good day!

A language containing a diphthong phoneme doesn't necessarily have the vowels within the diphthong under a sensible definition, but ok

Here's a language without /a/: https://phoible.org/inventories/view/2372

We have /ä/ and /æ/. Wikipedia doesn't mention Turkish on the page for /a/, but the page for Turkish morphology says that it does have it, so I guess I was wrong. But /a/ is nowhere near a ubiquitous sound.
Long story short, don't assume things for languages.
Example: Some don't even have numbers.

it actually appears in over 80% of languages, so it is quite common. But no sound appears in all languages, not even /m/
