Dimension 27 is like floor 27, in that it does not exist. If you attempt to go to dimension 27, you disappear into nothingness. However, due to the nature of dimension 27, portals are very hard to keep open.

There is a solution to that which kept the dimension 27 portal open for 5.3710281028... seconds called the Pfkakfklakzen method. To do it, first open a portal to dimension []. Then, use the Zcheninsten method to collect half-transdimensional matter. This also has the side effect that you can move the portal. Move the portal to the spot where the dimension 27 portal will be opened, the entrypoint facing toward the other portal entrypoint. Dimension 27 will absorb the dimension [] portal.

This is used to start a dimension 27 portal, but to keep it open for a longer time is much harder. Only 2 portals have been opened this way. To do it, first you need to collect transdimensional matter, which is very unstable. There is no reliable method to do it. Despite its appearance from the outside as a perfect square, Floor [whatever floor this is] has 6 sub-rooms identical in all ways except interior contents. It appears to be the home of an old woman that is not present, though analysis suggests that the woman appeared in Times Square and was poisoned by the earth's ambient content of oxygen. How an anaerobic organism could do this is entirely unknown. A Galvantula roams the floor, seemingly waiting for its owner to come back. It likes being pet, though one should be careful around its abdomen due to irritating hairs present in all tarantulas. Despacito is playing from speakers in the middle of each room's ceiling, broadcast from a tablet, a TV (it's actually Laserbeak from Transformers: Dark of the Moon) is currently set to the Weather Network, and numerous indestructible, orange vases filled with an unknown alien flower resembling a blooming clover are scattered about.
