Making a layer larger in Golly

I'm fiddling with WireWorld and need to make my layer in Golly larger. How do I do this?

The reason the layer is small is because of a bounded grid specification. Go to Control -> Set Rule and in the "Enter a new rule" textbox, remove the colon : along with everything after it. Then click OK.
