Slowest ships of a given minimum population

Post by Hdjensofjfnen »

Obviously after a certain point, the ships in this category will become adjustable spaceships, but I was wondering about the slowest ships (orthogonal, diagonal, slope x) with minimum population 3, 4, 5, etc. in isotropic non-totalistic rules.

You can do this with 5sort.py, which can be found at:
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2892&start=550#p78638

1. Download said 5sort.py script.
2. Download all 3 sss.txt files from the 5S Google Drive.
3. Place the files above in the same folder for convenience
4. Open cygwin or command prompt
5. Navigate to the folder with those files.
6. Do the following command:

Code: Select all

python3 5sort.py orthogonal.txt-diagonal.txt-oblique.txt speed least -d 1 -m N
Change the file names to whatever you named the sss.txt files and change N to the cell count you want.

Sorry, I cant do this for you right now, Im away from computer, very far away.
