I noticed that a pi can be turned into an angel by using specific lines of 3, and when the angel is hit by a glider or similar frontends, it turns into a phi, which I can turn back into a pi using the phi-to-pi catalyst!

I think this is the smallest p10 eater, so it could be helpful for completing partials or reducing other oscillators! It seems to be one of the smallest p10s because its minimum population is just 41 cells!
Edit: I found a smaller p10 eater in jslife at 40 cells, but my hassler can act as a delayed p10 eater

I do want to point out that this is not the first hassler of this region. Previously known p116 below. I'm not sure why this region is so far down in census.rle (#206); octo3obj places it roughly 15th.
Currently working to improve Life's guns and work on updating SKOPs and Isotropic rules most similar to B3/S23 to Life standards. Will get software to begin searches eventually.
Not sure if known, but a hybrid partial (96 - 38) for a p67 (red catalyst prevents pi from forming, and p4 at bottom is only for example spark from the p96)

And the above clock-stabilised p10 support can also be hybridised with the original p10 "3G collision" hassler to create a rather-neat alternative 41-cell stabilisation:
