The state selector scroll is broken in LifeSuper. For some reason you cannot select state 25 (it only goes up to 24), though it still exists and can be selected by the eyedropper:

Edit: To clarify, I'm on Firefox, and I believe I could select state 25 when I was on Safari on my phone earlier today.

It works fine for me on Firefox on Windows 11. Which operating system and device are you using?

Rowett, State 25 in the selector is greenish, but in the pattern, it is magenta.

Run the pattern in any gen and change rule, and then it will shift (2,2).
