Spaceship identification

Today, i was hanging around in the Non-Totalistic OCA rule B3/S23-e4e in Golly when i accidentally created a spaceship while drawing. I do not know anything about the spaceship except its RLE and period, which is period 64. Could someone identify this spaceship, and tell me if its potentially a new spaceship? :?: :?: :?:
